Lasandra Keen

LaSandra Keen has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. LaSandra is currently serving as the Director of Care Management at HealthTeam Advantage since August 2021. Previously, they worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Guilford Technical Community College starting from January 2020. From November 2018 to August 2021, LaSandra was the Director of Inpatient Services at AuthoraCare Collective. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Care Management at North Texas Specialty Physicians from January 2015 to November 2018. LaSandra also worked as a Registered Nurse at Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro from December 2009 to January 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Registered Nurse at Novant Health(Forsyth Medical Center) from January 2009 to May 2010, as an Episodic Care Manager at BCBSNC from November 2007 to November 2008, and as a Registered Nurse at Cone Health from August 2004 to June 2007.

LaSandra Keen holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from American Sentinel College. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Quality America, Inc. in April 2021, CCM Certified from the Commission for in September 2016, and Certified Hospice & Palliative Nurse in December 2011.
