Sue Edwards

Sue Edwards is an experienced professional in research, policy, and consumer advocacy with over three decades of experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Research and Insight Manager at Healthwatch England since July 2019, Sue leads a team that analyzes insights into health and social care experiences. Prior to this role, Sue spent two decades at Citizens Advice in various capacities including Universal Support Account Manager, Partnership Intelligence Manager, Head of Consumer Policy, and Senior Policy Officer, where significant achievements included influencing regulatory changes and developing strategic policy initiatives. Early career roles involved providing debt advice and social security support, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Latin and Russian Studies from the University of Leeds.
