Gisela Perruna

Gisela Perruna currently serves as the Global Head of Scientific Platforms at Kenvue, where the focus is on driving consumer-relevant growth through innovation and enhancing operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Gisela held various leadership positions at L'Oréal from March 2001 to September 2025, including Senior Vice President of L'Oreal R&I Make Up Development & Color for the USA and Colombia, where strategic partnerships and organizational restructuring were key achievements. Additionally, Gisela has experience in formulation processes as a Senior Chemist and management roles, collaborating closely with marketing teams for product launches. Gisela holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological Science from Rutgers University–New Brunswick and a Master's degree in Cosmetic Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
