Tze Hsien Ng (Jayson) has extensive experience in facility leasing and licensing management at Healthway Medical Group since October 2015, overseeing over 100 clinic facilities. As a Cluster Manager, responsibilities include supervising a network of primary care clinics, ensuring compliance with operational SOPs, and assisting in the implementation of processes aimed at enhancing patient experience and financial performance.
