Dave Foster

Dave Foster has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dave started their career as an Editor for The Company of Science and Art (CoSA) in 1990, where they worked on the publication Connections, The CoSA Journal of Art, Science, and Technology. After that, Dave joined Network Six Inc. as a Senior Systems Integration Consultant in 1991. Dave then co-founded Photerra in 1997, which later merged with PictureMarketing in 2001, where they served as Chief Technology Officer.

In 2001, Dave joined Wirestone as a Project Manager before moving on to Delta Dental Plan of Idaho in 2002, where they worked as a Network Administrator. Dave managed the infrastructure and customer-facing systems for Delta Dental.

Dave's tenure at Healthwise began in 2005, where they held various leadership roles. Dave started as a Senior Product Manager and eventually became the Director of Product Management. In these positions, Dave managed the Product Management team and represented the voice of the market in product development and sales strategies. Dave then transitioned to roles focusing on research operations and innovation, leading mission initiatives and developing pricing models.

Most recently, Dave has joined Healthwise as the Senior Director of Consumer Strategy and Insights in 2021. In this role, they prioritize strategic opportunities related to consumer needs and advocates for incorporating the consumer voice into healthcare improvement.

Throughout their career, Dave has demonstrated expertise in analytics, research operations, product management, and consumer strategy.

Dave Foster completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Brown University, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Dave does not have any additional certifications listed.
