Ladonna Speiser

LaDonna Speiser has extensive work experience in various roles related to project management and internal operations. LaDonna most recently worked at Healthwise as the Senior Director of Internal Operations and Business Systems, overseeing all aspects of internal operations and managing the Business Technology team. Prior to that, they were the Director of the Project Management Office at Healthwise, where they established and led an enterprise PMO and implemented project templates and a risk management framework. LaDonna also worked as a Senior Manager of Project Management and a Project Manager at Healthwise.

Before their time at Healthwise, LaDonna worked at CSG Government Solutions as a Principal Consultant/Project Manager. In this role, they led quality assurance activities for multiple projects and assisted a State Agency with the transition to performance-based contracting and the development of a Medicaid Management Information System.

Earlier in their career, LaDonna worked as the State Health Information Technology Coordinator at the State of Idaho, where they coordinated health information technology initiatives. LaDonna also served as the Executive Director of the Idaho Health Data Exchange, overseeing the statewide health information exchange.

Prior to that, LaDonna worked at the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare as a Project Manager and Program Manager. In these roles, they implemented program and system changes, developed HIPAA privacy tracking systems, and managed department-wide projects.

LaDonna Speiser has an extensive education history. LaDonna obtained their Master of Science degree in Instructional and Performance Technology from Boise State University, from 2006 to 2010. Before that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management at Western Governors University, from 2005 to 2006. Going further back, LaDonna obtained their High School Diploma in General Studies from Loyola-Sacred Heart, from 1977 to 1981.

In addition to their academic qualifications, LaDonna also holds various certifications. LaDonna became a Balanced Scorecard Professional Certified by the Balanced Scorecard Institute in June 2023. In May 2019, they obtained the Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification from Prosci. LaDonna also holds the PMI-ACP certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in April 2018. Furthermore, they obtained the Project Management Professional certification, also from the Project Management Institute, in May 2016.
