Carol Millar

Carol Millar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and finance within diverse organizations. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Healthy Birth Day, Inc. since December 2022, Carol previously contributed as Operations Manager at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Iowa, where responsibilities included managing day-to-day operations, supporting the CEO, and overseeing financial and vendor management. With a strong background in the financial sector, Carol held the position of Senior Mortgage Originator-East Region Team Leader at American Equity, leading teams in originating commercial real estate loans and enhancing customer relationships.
