Jackie Hernandez has a background in customer service and connecting communities to resources. Jackie has held positions as a Human Resources Coordinator and Customer Service Representative before transitioning to roles that involve community outreach and liaising. Currently, Jackie works as a Get the Lead Out Coordinator at the Healthy Homes Coalition of West Michigan and as a Bilingual Community Liaison at Linc Up. Jackie's responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, coordinating human resource activities, and connecting people to needed resources within the community. Jackie is also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Davenport University.
