Ritesh Mittal

Ritesh Mittal has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ritesh currently holds the position of Head of Strategy and Customer Success at HEAPS.ai, a role they started in June 2022. Prior to that, Ritesh worked at Paras Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. from 2016 to 2022, where they held various roles including AVP - Corporate Strategy and M&A, Head of Transformation & Strategic Operations, and Unit Head. In their role as Unit Head, Ritesh was responsible for overseeing the operations of a boutique 50-bed Women & Children's Hospital and leading a project for a 240-bed tertiary care hospital. Before their time at Paras Healthcare, Ritesh worked as a Sr. Manager - Operations at Medanta The Medicity Hospital from 2010 to 2016. Ritesh also served as the CEO of Tarini Cancer Hospital & Research Institute from 2008 to 2010. Ritesh's early career includes an internship in Institutional Sales at ICICI Prudential AMC Ltd in 2005.

Ritesh Mittal completed their primary and secondary education at Apeejay School from 1994 to 1998. Ritesh then attended Ryan International School from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained their School degree. After completing their schooling, Ritesh went on to pursue higher education at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Ritesh studied Finance & Accounting and obtained a BBA degree from 2003 to 2007.
