Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to join our growing team.  In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with and nurturing our online community of therapists, ultimately enabling a positive and vibrant community experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about the success of our therapists, tech-savvy, has impeccable communication skills and comfortable hosting in person and virtual events.  

Responsibilities

  • Assist new customers in understanding and navigating the app, setting them up for a seamless and rewarding experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our user base, understanding their needs, preferences and challenges
  • Plan, promote, organize and host virtual and in-person events, such as webinars and attending conferences
  • Proactively engage with community members across various platforms (forums, email, etc)
  • Analyze and provide regular reports on engagement, feedback, and issues to continuously improve engagement and community strategies
  • Advocate for community needs and feedback within the company
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive community environment
  • Participate and collaborate on other engagement projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in community management, or a related role
  • Experience in launching community initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
