China Edmonds

China Edmonds has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting with AT&T in 2015, they worked as a Retail Sales Consultant. China then transitioned to the New York City Police Department in 2016, where they served as a Police Dispatcher. In 2017, China joined the NYC Administration for Children's Services as a Child Protective Specialist. Following this, they worked at Betterment from 2018 to 2022, taking on roles such as Customer Support Associate, Advisor Servicing Associate, Betterment for Advisors Operations Specialists, and Customer Operations Lead. Currently, they are a Senior Customer Support Specialist at Heard, starting from 2023.

China Edmonds attended John Jay College (CUNY) from 2004 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice.
