Elizabeth Jenson

Elizabeth Jenson possesses extensive experience in real-time captioning and CART services, currently serving as a Real Time Captioner at De Anza College since September 2019 and as a CART Captioner at San Jose State University since June 2017. Additionally, Elizabeth has been providing CART services for the Hearing Loss Association of America since May 2007, facilitating communication for hard-of-hearing adults in group settings. Previous roles include CART Captioner at Total Recall Captioning, where services were primarily focused on K12 education, and CART Provider for San Jose Area Community Colleges, providing real-time support for Deaf and hard-of-hearing students. Elizabeth also worked as a Transcriptionist at VideoJump, Inc., transcribing videos for captioning purposes. Educationally, Elizabeth is pursuing an Associate of Science degree in Court Reporting and Related Technologies at West Valley College.
