John Williams has extensive work experience in customer support and management roles. John began their career at Adobe as a Manager of Software Quality Assurance in 1988. John then moved on to Genoa Systems, where they worked as a Quality Assurance and Technical Support professional from 1989 to 1992. Following that, John joined Unisys as a Manager of Quality Assurance from 1992 to 1998. John then worked at Homestead Technologies as Director of Internet Product Sales and Support from 1999 to 2004, and as Director of Software Quality Assurance from 1999 to 2004. In 2007, John joined Intuit, where they served as the Sales and Customer Service Senior Manager. John hired and trained a team of over 100 professionals who provided customer service, technical support, and sales to small business owners. In 2013, John returned to Hearsay Social as the Global Customer Support Manager, and later became the Director of Global Customer Support in 2014.

John Williams earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from California State University, Chico, completing their education from 1986 to 1989.
