Rene Gillson

Rene Gillson has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology. They started their career as an IT Specialist at Tri-City Computers in 2001, where they worked as a front desk technician and managed inventory. They later joined Auer Precision as an IT Specialist, providing basic troubleshooting and help desk support. In 2005, Rene served in the United States Army as a Combat Medic/ Communications Officer, working with VSAT technologies and RF Johnson communication devices. After leaving the military, Rene worked at Projectline as an IT Specialist, managing Hyper-V environment and various server systems. They then took on the role of Network Administrator at Projectline, where they oversaw a centralized infrastructure for a large number of employees. In 2010, Rene joined Yesler as an IT Manager, responsible for budget management and network maintenance. They worked in this role for ten years before transitioning to Accenture Interactive, where they served as a Security Associate Manager and later as a Director of IT. Currently, Rene is the Director of Engineering Operations at Hearsay Systems.

Rene Gillson completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Information Technology Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, Rene Gillson pursued a degree in Network Communication Management with a focus on Protocols, LAN, and WAN technologies at DeVry University from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, Rene Gillson studied Computer Science at the University of Alaska Anchorage from 2004 to 2005.
