Sarah Stromska

Sarah Stromska's work experience begins in 1998 as a Sales/Marketing Intern at Vertical Networks, Inc. Sarah then worked as an Intern at Alice@97.3 in 2002. In 2003, Sarah served as the Fundraising Director and later as the Office Manager at KSCU. Sarah was also a Board Operator at Alice@97.3 during this time. From 2003 to 2004, they were the General Manager at KSCU 103.3 FM. Sarah then worked as an Office Manager/HR Administrator at IODA from 2004 to 2012. At Rdio, they served as the HR Manager from 2012 to 2015, overseeing the company's rapid growth. Sarah was also a Committee Member at HR 2.0 Dealing with Fast Growth Tech from 2013 to 2014. Most recently, they have held various roles at Hearsay Systems since 2016, starting as a People Ops Manager and progressing to Senior Director of People Operations.

Sarah Stromska completed their Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications at Santa Clara University from 2000 to 2004. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Certificate Program in Human Resources Management at the University of California Berkeley Extension.
