Ayesha Jina

Ayesha Jina has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ayesha started their career at Sainsbury's as a Customer Service Assistant before being promoted to Customer Service Supervisor and then Department Manager. Ayesha then worked at Microsoft as a Sales Planner, managing digital advertising campaigns for well-known brands. After that, they joined Aca Joe as an Operations Leader, where they improved the performance of a store and oversaw regional operations. Ayesha then transitioned to Canterbury as a Store Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations and implementing effective store strategies. Ayesha then joined Skye Distribution (Pty) Ltd as a Group Retail Sales Administrator and later became a Group Key Account Manager, managing key accounts and achieving sales objectives. Ayesha then worked at AOL as a Sales Planner, supporting sales teams and adhering to pricing strategies. Currently, they are employed at Hearst UK as a Media Operations Lead, leading interdisciplinary teams and addressing complex issues to deliver value. Ayesha has also held roles such as Acting Head of Media Planning and Head of Sales Planning. Throughout their career, Ayesha has demonstrated expertise in team management, relationship building, strategic planning, and problem-solving.
