Clarah Filtness has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Clarah began their career as a PR Intern at Chiltern Street Studio in 2013 and subsequently worked as a Marketing Intern at Donna Ida. In 2013, they joined Whiteoaks International as a Junior Account Executive and later became an Account Executive. Clarah then transitioned to iProspect and held positions as a Digital PR Assistant and later as a Content Marketing Executive. In 2018, Clarah joined Launch as a Digital Account Manager, and in 2019, they joined Hearst UK as an Account Manager. Clarah gradually progressed to become an Account Director and then an Innovation Account Director, responsible for driving innovation within the Commercial Team and overseeing campaign execution for new commercial products and strategies. Currently, Clarah serves as a Project Lead - Commercial Innovation at Hearst UK, where they develop and maintains their commercial product offering and manages relationships with third-party vendors. Throughout their career, they have shown a strong focus on driving results, improving processes, and delivering excellent client service.
