Laura Iantorno

Laura Iantorno is senior vice president of human resources at KUBRA. Iantorno provides strategic HR leadership and support in the alignment of corporate strategy and people management. She plays a critical role in partnering with officers and senior leaders to achieve growth and develop performance strategies. She is responsible for fostering a highly engaged corporate culture that focuses on KUBRA’s core values.

With more than 20 years of executive-level HR experience in the technology sector, she plays a critical role within the organization, leading the development of world-class human resources programs. Iantorno’s expertise also includes recruitment, training and development, health and safety, employee engagement and workplace culture, diversity and inclusion. She is an active member of the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) and has obtained her CHRL and CHRE designations.
