Filipe Braga

Filipe Braga's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Filipe is currently the Head of Program Planning and Scheduling at Heart Aerospace since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a PMO at Skydweller Aero from October 2021 to December 2022. Filipe also has extensive experience at Embraer where they held multiple roles such as Executive Jets Planning Engineer, PMO Specialist, Project Coordinator of Airplanes Reconfiguration, Commercial Aviation Planning Engineer, and Commercial Aviation Engineering Planner from 2011 to 2021. Before Embraer, they had internships at Compsis as a Production Planner and Data Analyst, and at MC - Melhoria Contínua Consultoria as a Lean Specialist.

Filipe Braga holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they obtained between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering at Etep - Centro Universitário, from 2006 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Filipe also holds a Master's degree in Innovation from Unifesp - Universidade Federal de São Paulo, although the specific years of completion are not provided. Filipe has also obtained additional certifications such as the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in April 2021 and the Scrum Fundamentals Certified from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in November 2018.
