Leandro Guimaraes Maia, PMP is a Chief Engineer at Heart Aerospace, with previous experience in companies such as Safran, Embraer, and CEIIA. Leandro's expertise lies in the development of electric regional aircraft, landing gear concepts, eVTOL aircraft, aircraft structures, and aerospace composite components. Leandro holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and has furthered their education with degrees in Technology Innovation Management and Mechanical Engineering from ITA and Hamburg University of Technology respectively.
