Rodrigo Valadares

Rodrigo Valadares is an experienced aerospace engineer currently serving as a Senior Flight Controls Engineer at Heart Aerospace since October 2021. Prior roles include System Engineer Consultant at MANNARINO, Secondary Flight Controls Team Manager, and Senior Flight Control Engineer at Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation, as well as various positions at Embraer, Bombardier Aerospace, and Amanco. Valadares has a robust background in flight control systems design and integration, having contributed to major projects such as the Global Express family jet and the Embraer 170 regional jet. Valadares holds an MBA in Finance and Risk Management from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from PUC Minas.
