Sarah Cover

Sarah Cover is an experienced educator and program manager with a strong background in workforce development and tutoring initiatives. Currently serving as the National Partnerships Manager at Heart Math Tutoring since April 2024, Sarah previously held roles such as Workforce Development Manager at Sarah Built This City and Program Director at Craft & Trade Academy, where significant achievements included the successful launch of a flagship program that achieved high employment rates among graduates. Sarah's extensive prior experience at Heart Math Tutoring includes coaching coordinators and developing virtual tutoring solutions during the pandemic. Additional roles include overseeing sites for Freedom School Partners and coordinating educational programs with various organizations. Sarah holds a Master’s degree in African Studies from UCLA and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Randolph College.
