Stacey Holland, CNTC, CPCC, ACC, currently serves as Sr Director of Program Delivery and Innovation Manager at Heart of America since March 2020. With prior experience as a Leadership and Life Coach at Heart Shadows from October 2014 to March 2023, Stacey is certified as a Professional Co-Active Coach and a Neuro Transformational Coach, and holds an Associate Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation. At Target, from January 1997 to March 2015, Stacey excelled in several leadership roles, including Senior Group Manager of Corporate Security, where strategic oversight was provided for global supply chain security, and contributions were made as Co-Chair of the Women's Business Council. Other roles at Target involved process management and improvements across distribution operations. Earlier career highlights include serving as Operations Manager for Alupang Beach Club and as a Helicopter Pilot in the US Navy. Stacey holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the United States Naval Academy.
