Falak Pasha, MSW, LSW, currently serves as a Licensed Social Worker - Outpatient Therapist at Heart of Ohio Family Health since July 2023. Previously, Falak completed a Clinical Social Work Internship in Addiction Medicine at The Ohio State University East Hospital, gaining skills in individual and group psychotherapy for patients with substance use disorders. Experience also includes a Clinical Social Work Internship at Columbus Free Clinic, providing integrated care and referrals to underserved residents. Additionally, Falak co-directed the American Islamic Waqf Noor Islamic Cultural Center, where program planning and staff mentoring were key responsibilities. Falak's earlier roles include evaluating student assessments and working as a Pharmacy Technician. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University, a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from George Mason University, and an Associate’s degree in Science from Northern Virginia Community College.

Heart of Ohio Family Health is the parent company for five Federally Qualified Health Centers located in Franklin County: Capital Park, Chantry, Mount Carmel East, Whitehall, and Whitehall-Yearling High School. Our mission is to provide high-quality, holistic, and compassionate care to meet the healthcare needs of everyone in our diverse community, one heart at a time. We provide services regardless of ability to pay, and offer a sliding fee scale based on income and number of dependents.
