Jackie Ware has extensive experience in healthcare and customer service, currently serving as a Patient Care Secretary at Heart to Heart Hospice since October 2014, where responsibilities include organizational tasks, data entry, medical records management, and collaboration with various healthcare professionals while adhering to HIPAA guidelines. Previously, Jackie worked at The Home Depot as a Head Cashier, supervising cashiers and assisting customers with transactions, and held a role in Health Services Administration at Gentiva Health Services, where duties involved clerical support and patient correspondence. Early career experience includes serving as a Patient Sitter at St. John Providence.
