Judy Hastert

Judy Hastert is an accomplished laboratory professional with extensive experience in quality management and program oversight. Currently serving as the Manager of Laboratory Programs at Heart to Heart International since November 2015, Judy's focus is on enhancing access to quality diagnostic testing and educational initiatives in underserved areas. Since May 2004, Judy has held the position of Laboratory Quality Manager at Viracor-IBT Laboratories, where responsibilities include managing quality control and assurance protocols, proficiency testing, and critical laboratory materials, contributing significantly to the company's CAP accreditation. Prior experience includes serving as Supervisor and Senior Medical Technologist in the Microbiology Department at Baptist Medical Center from 1987 to 1998, where management of laboratory personnel and community health initiatives were key responsibilities. Judy Hastert holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
