Geneva Salmon, MA. BSc. is currently the Director of Operations at IntouchCX since December 2021. With a background in training and development, Geneva also owns City Training and Sourcing Solutions where Geneva specializes in BPO/Call Center Training. Geneva is a Certified Team Jamaica Trainer at Tourism Product Development and also works part-time as an Instructor at Heart Trust National Training Agency. Geneva has extensive experience in operations management, training, and development within various industries such as IT, customer service, and hospitality. Geneva holds a Master of Art in Executive Management from Durham University Business School.
