HEART Women & Girls

HEART is a national non-profit, founded in 2010, that was created to enhance the sexual health of Muslim communities and prevent sexual violence. We are a dynamic team of five Muslim-identifying core staff members and over 15 trainers located across the country. Given our lifespan approach, we work with children all the way up to older adults, serving both Muslim communities and those services and professionals who intersect with them. We are proud to take an intersectional approach to our work, understanding that you cannot be trauma-responsive or impactful with educational initiatives without addressing the whole person.
