Bella Ratner

Bella Ratner is currently the Head of Talent at Heartbeat Health. Prior to their current position, they served as an Exploratory Guide at Mindbloom, a Technical Recruiter at Cherre, and a Recruitment Consultant at Harnham. Ratner's interest in the medical field began when they interned at NYU Langone Health's Division of Medical Ethics in 2017. During their time there, they wrote an article on the potential benefits of psychedelic drugs for treating PTSD. This experience inspired their to pursue a career in the healthcare industry.

Bella Ratner began their educational career by completing a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Scripps College. Bella then went on to complete a Philosophy program at UCL. Finally, they completed the Being True to You Coach Certification Program.
