Allan Snippen

Allan Snippen has a strong background in software engineering and leadership. Allan is currently working as the VP of Engineering at HeartFlow, Inc since June 2023. Prior to that, Allan worked at IGT for many years. At IGT, they held various roles, including Sr. Director of Software Engineering, Director of Software Engineering, Software Engineering Manager, and Software Engineer. Allan had the responsibility of leading multi-regional teams, managing studio relations, and developing and expanding software platforms and SDKs. Allan also had experience in training and supporting members of other departments.

Allan Snippen completed their Bachelor of Science degree in computer engineering from the Oregon Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained two certifications: AWS Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Executive Development Program from the University of Nevada, Reno in the years 2021 and 2018, respectively.
