In 2021, they transitioned to become the Chief Executive Officer at Sol Senior Living.

Prior to these roles, Kevin held various leadership positions. Kevin served as a Board Member at Argentum New York from 2014 to 2018 and as the Vice President of Operations at Greenfield Senior Living Inc from 2014 to 2017, overseeing the operations of 20 communities across 6 states.

In their earlier career, Kevin held positions such as the VP of Sales and Marketing at Compass Pointe Healthcare System, Director of Business Development at Hyperbaric Associates of America, and VP of Sales and Marketing at American Heritage Communities. Additionally, during their time at the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh, they focused on Communication and Media Studies, specifically in the fields of Mass Communication, Media, and Business.
