Hannah Peterson

Hannah Peterson has a diverse range of work experience in talent development, organizational development, and training roles. Hannah is currently a Talent Development Director at Hearth & Home Technologies, where they design processes and tools for talent development and oversees their execution. Prior to that, they served as the President of Talent Connect. Hannah also held various roles at Fairview Health Services, including Organizational Development & Learning Director and Organizational Development and Learning Manager, where they focused on program design and change management. Hannah also worked as a Principal Consultant in Organizational Development at Fairview Health Services. Before that, they were an Organizational Change Leader at Patterson Companies, Inc., responsible for implementing a large-scale SAP project. Hannah served as a Manager of Organizational Effectiveness at UTC Aerospace Systems, where they led a team and managed performance and talent management initiatives. Prior to that, they were a Manager of Training & Development at Goodrich-SIS and a Technical Lead of Training at Midwest ISO. Overall, Hannah Peterson has extensive experience in talent and organizational development, change management, and training.

Hannah Peterson obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they attended from 1995 to 1999. Hannah furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas, which they attended from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Hannah Peterson obtained a certification as a Trust Edge Certified Facilitator from the Trust Edge Leadership Institute in April 2022.
