Dantrell Cotton

Dantrell Cotton, ACC, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Talent Development at Attentive since June 2022, previously holding the position of Talent Management & Development Lead. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Learning and Development and Learning & Development Lead at PMG from August 2021 to June 2022, and Senior Program Manager at the NYC Department of Education from June 2018 to July 2021, specializing in student pathways. Additional expertise was gained as a Diversity & Inclusion Program Specialist at Harvard University Graduate School of Education and as a STEM Career and Technical Education Instructor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dantrell holds a Master of Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education, along with degrees in Environmental Studies and a Master of Science in Environment and Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as a summer study abroad in Environmental Science from Universidad EARTH.
