Kathy Blackwell-Royama has extensive experience in customer service and support, currently serving as an Account Manager at Hearth & Home Technologies since 2001. In this role, Kathy processes orders for sales and warranty, coordinates customer shipments, and provides product information including pricing and availability. Additionally, Kathy has participated in Rapid Continuous Improvement projects and 6S Audits. Concurrently, Kathy has held a position in customer service and support at maurices since March 2019. Previously, Kathy worked as a Sales Manager and also gained experience as an Office Admin at Wishard Memorial Hospital from February 1988 to June 1989. Kathy is an alumnus of Spokane Falls Community College.
