Janelle Young-Hoon, CPA•IFA, has a diverse work experience in various finance and accounting roles. Janelle currently holds the position of Director, Commercial Finance at Hearthside Food Solutions. Prior to this, they served as the Director, Category Finance at Weston Foods from 2020 to 2021.

From 2013 to 2020, Janelle worked at Molson Coors, holding multiple roles including Director, Marketing Finance, Director, Financial Reporting & Accounting, and Senior Manager, Financial Reporting & Accounting.

Before joining Molson Coors, Janelle worked as a Forensic Accountant at H&A Forensic Accounting from 2011 to 2013. Janelle also gained experience as a Controller at Triumph International (Canada) Inc. from 2007 to 2011.

Janelle also holds a Diploma in Investigative and Forensic Accounting from the University of Toronto, earned between 2007 and 2009. Additionally, Janelle obtained the Chartered Accountant certification in 2005 and the CA•IFA certification in 2013.
