John Maxson

John Maxson is an experienced facilities maintenance professional with a comprehensive background in managing maintenance teams and overseeing facility operations. Currently serving as Facilities Maintenance Manager at Hearthside Food Solutions since February 2023, John previously held the position of Manager of Facilities at Starkey Hearing, where oversight of multiple technicians and an extensive database for equipment management was established. John also served as Maintenance Supervisor at EA Sween, supervising a team in a 24/7 operation. With a long tenure at Daikin Applied Americas, John held various roles including Maintenance/Facilities Manager, overseeing significant budgets and teams, and earlier positions as Master Electronic Technician and Electronic Technician, focusing on production equipment maintenance. John’s military experience in the US Army has contributed to a disciplined approach to facilities management.
