Lena Koldras

Lena Koldras is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Hearthside Food Solutions since June 2023, leading a team of over 150 professionals in workforce strategy and operational performance. Previously, Koldras held the position of Vice President of Human Resources for Tyson Foods from August 2014 to May 2023, where a team of more than 200 HR personnel was directed for the $8 billion Prepared Foods Business. Before that, Koldras was Vice President of Human Resources at Hillshire Brands from June 2012 to August 2014, focusing on a newly launched publicly-traded company. Koldras's extensive career in human resources began at Sara Lee, where from August 1984 to June 2012, a series of progressive leadership roles culminated in the position of VP Corporate Human Resources & Talent Acquisition, overseeing a workforce of over 2,500 global employees. Educational background includes studies at Saint Xavier University.
