Terry Mustard

Terry Mustard has a strong background in engineering and leadership roles. Terry recently began working at Hearthside Food Solutions as the Vice President of Engineering. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Engineering and Maintenance at Mastronardi Produce Ltd. from 2017 to 2021. Terry also served as the GM/Head of Engineering at CoorsTek Medical from 2015 to 2017 and as the Vice President of Engineering at The Blue Buffalo Company from 2011 to 2015. Before that, they were the Vice President Engineering at Shearer's Foods, Inc. from 2006 to 2011 and the Executive Director of Operations and Engineering at Kent Elastomer Products, Inc. from 2002 to 2007.
