Cassie Chauncey

Cassie Chauncey, PhD, is a seasoned professional in human resources and training and development, currently serving as a consultant at HAT Consulting since June 2023. Prior to this role, Cassie held various leadership positions including Director of Human Resources at the American Precious Metals Exchange from March 2022 to June 2023, and Training and Development Leader at Paycom from January 2021 to March 2022. Additional experience includes roles as Human Resources Leader at Jindal Films, Director of Human Resources at INTEGRIS Health, and VP of Human Resources at Viega Ltd. Cassie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Oklahoma State University and a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Oklahoma, with additional education from The University of Kansas and Wichita State University.
