Vinita Paul

Vinita Paul is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various legal and corporate roles. Since July 2008, Vinita has served as Vice President and General Counsel at Heartland Advisors, Inc., and has also held the position of Vice President, Assistant Secretary, and AML Officer at Heartland Group Inc. Since May 2016, Vinita's responsibilities include leading corporate legal initiatives and overseeing compliance and human resource functions while engaging with senior executives across multiple departments. Prior to these roles, Vinita held positions at Quarles & Brady LLP and North Track Funds, along with leadership roles at Ziegler Capital Management, LLC. Vinita holds a Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
