Sophie An

Sophie An has a diverse work experience history. Sophie began their career as a Student Learning & Experience Advisor at Imperial College of New Zealand from January 2014 to July 2015. Following that, they joined The University of Auckland as a Training & Implementation Facilitator (LMS) in August 2015 and remained in that role until October 2018. After this, Sophie worked as an Organisational Development Specialist at Simpson Grierson from October 2018 to July 2022. Currently, Sophie is employed at Heartland Bank LTD, where they initially served as a Learning & Development Consultant from July 2022 to September 2023. Sophie then transitioned to their current role as a Learning & Development Lead, starting in September 2023. Overall, Sophie has gained extensive experience in various positions, including advising, facilitating training, and specializing in learning and development.

Sophie An has a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCertEd) from The University of Auckland and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Politics & International Relations and English Literature from the same university. In addition, they obtained a certification in Information Mapping® Methodology from Information Mapping in 2021.
