Judy Pohanka, CBP, CCP, currently serves as Compensation and Benefits Manager at Heartland Bank and Trust Company, a position held since October 2020. Previously, Judy was the Director of Human Resources at CIT Trucks, Inc. from October 2014 to October 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Benefits Manager at Afni from May 1999 to October 2014, where responsibilities encompassed corporate benefit administration and playing a significant role in the HRIS system conversion. Judy also held the position of Benefits Manager at Afni, focusing on benefit program design and administration. Earlier in Judy's career, from December 1990 to May 1999, Judy was the VP Finance at Salem Children’s Home, reporting directly to the former President, Stephen M. Yahnig. Judy holds a B.S. in Accounting from Illinois State University and an Associate's Degree in Accounting from Illinois Central College.
