Don Dela Paz is a seasoned professional in data management and analytics, currently serving as Vice President of Talent Data Management and Analytics at RBC since February 2016. In this role, Don drives innovation in talent management through effective data management strategies. Previously, Don held several key positions at RBC, including Vice President of Enterprise Client Data and Functions Data Management Office, where the focus was on enhancing client experiences through data strategy. As the Head of Wealth Management & Insurance Data Services at RBC Insurance, Don provided strategic direction in data governance and analytics. The career began in the financial sector, with roles at ING and Manulife Financial, showcasing a consistent focus on data-driven decision-making. Don holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the University of Toronto.
