Nichole Reese

Nichole Reese has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Currently, they work as a Human Resources Business Partner at Heartland Bank. Prior to that, they were a Search Consultant-Legal at Capstone Search Advisors. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) where they held various positions including Human Resources Director and Assistant Director of Talent Acquisition and Retention. Before that, they worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Elford, Inc and HBD Industries, Inc. Nichole also served as a Training Specialist and later as a Human Resources Business Partner at Electronic Classroom of Tomorrow from 2003 to 2013. Nichole has experience in areas such as recruitment, talent management, training, and employee relations.

Nichole Reese obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Management from Ohio Dominican University. Nichole also holds additional certifications, including a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification obtained in August 2022 and a PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI obtained in October 2020.
