After leaving The Fahey Banking Company in 2012, Mroczkowski joined Modern Woodmen of America as a District Agent. In this role, they provided consultation on various financial vehicles, such as life insurance, retirement securities, and disability insurance, helping individuals and small business owners realize their financial goals through proper planning.

Most recently, Mroczkowski has been working at Heartland Bank since 2015 as the AVP - Credit Review Manager. Their responsibilities in this role include managing and overseeing credit review processes.
