Robert Mroczkowski

Robert Mroczkowski, CPA, has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 30 years. Robert began their career as a Staff Auditor at Crowe Chizek and Company in 1988 before moving on to work as a Loan Review Officer at Mercantile Bank and Trust. At Mercantile, they implemented credit and loan review systems for a newly acquired affiliate and conducted coordinated loan reviews for two other affiliates.

In 1994, Mroczkowski joined Belmont National Bank as an Audit Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing audit operations. Robert then transitioned to Champaign National Bank as a Business Lending Officer in 1995, managing a commercial loan portfolio and implementing credit analysis systems and tools.

In 2008, Mroczkowski joined The Fahey Banking Company as the Executive Vice President, taking on organizational leadership responsibilities for accounting, finance, credit risk, and operations. Robert led process creation and improvement for credit risk areas and played a leadership role in financial reporting improvements and system implementation.

After leaving The Fahey Banking Company in 2012, Mroczkowski joined Modern Woodmen of America as a District Agent. In this role, they provided consultation on various financial vehicles, such as life insurance, retirement securities, and disability insurance, helping individuals and small business owners realize their financial goals through proper planning.

Most recently, Mroczkowski has been working at Heartland Bank since 2015 as the AVP - Credit Review Manager. Their responsibilities in this role include managing and overseeing credit review processes.
