Gabe Miller

Gabe Miller has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gabe started their career at Shepherd of the Hills Entertainment Group as a Network Administrator, where they were responsible for LAN/WAN support and server administration. Gabe then moved on to College of the Ozarks, where they worked as a Network Manager, overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the campus LAN that covered over 30 buildings on 1000 acres.

After that, Gabe joined ConvergeOne and held multiple roles. Gabe initially worked as a Solutions Architect, where they were involved in designing network and voice solutions for customers and acting as a "trusted advisor" for infrastructure design. Later, they were promoted to the position of Vice President of Engineering, where they had executive oversight of the service delivery organization.

Currently, Gabe is the Director of Engineering - West - Enterprise Solutions at Heartland Business Systems, where they lead the engineering team in providing enterprise solutions.

Gabe Miller earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Management from College of the Ozarks in 2008. After that, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University, completing it between 2008 and 2010. In terms of additional certifications, Gabe obtained the CMNA (Certified Meraki Networking Associate) certification from Cisco Meraki in June 2017. Gabe also achieved the Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 1: Certified Associate certification in August 2022, followed by the Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 2: Certified Associate certification in April 2023. Additionally, in April 2023, they obtained the Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 3: Certified Associate certification.
