Jordan Hoffman Kahle is currently serving as a Skadden Fellow and Workers’ Rights Attorney at Heartland Center for Jobs and Freedom since October 2023. Previously, Jordan worked as a Law Clerk for the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit from September 2022 to August 2023. Jordan has also held legal internships at Heartland Center for Jobs and Freedom, where assistance was provided to households facing eviction during the COVID-19 pandemic, and at ArchCity Defenders, focusing on housing and homelessness advocacy. Prior experience includes a Labor Trafficking Pro Bono Fellowship at Legal Aid of Western Missouri, where research supported a federal lawsuit for migrant farmworkers, teaching roles at Sylvan Learning and as a Statistics Tutor at Belmont University, and internships with Hallmark Cards and Children's Mercy Hospital. Jordan holds a Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Statistics from Belmont University.
