Amy Williams

Amy Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Amy started their career at maurices in 2004, where they held various roles including Associate Store Manager, Store Manager, Associate District Manager, and finally District Manager. In 2013, Amy joined Heartland Dental as an Education Manager, and later took on positions such as Organizational Development Manager and Manager Total Rewards. Currently, they are the Human Resources Director, Total Rewards at Heartland Dental.

Amy Williams has a Master of Science degree in People Analytics and Research from Villanova University. Amy also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Eastern Illinois University. Additionally, Amy has obtained certifications in Analytics for Talent Management from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) and is a SHRM-SCP certified professional through SHRM.
