Beth Wileaver

Beth Wileaver, SHRM-CP, SPHR, currently serves as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Heartland Dental since January 2018. Previous experience includes roles such as Manager of Specialty Claims at The Warranty Group, Consumer Sales Manager at Horizon Hobby, and various human resources positions at Guardian West and CIBM Bank. Wileaver’s expertise encompasses employee relations, training and development, safety policy management, and human resources support across distribution centers. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Development from Eastern Illinois University and further studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
