Jonathan Claxton

Jonathan Claxton is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Principal of Private Capital at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan since 2017, focusing on the Healthcare Group in the US and Canada. In addition to this role, Jonathan is actively involved on the boards of Heartland Dental as a Board Member and Amica Senior Lifestyles and PhyNet Dermatology LLC as a Board Observer. Prior experience includes a position in Investment Banking within the Financial Institutions Group at Goldman Sachs from 2016 to 2017. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Honours in Finance from Queen's University and has participated in an International Exchange Program at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
